Can I get my money back?

Store Credit will be issued for ALL returns. Refunds are not available.

Are there any return fees?

Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. The return label cost will be reflected as a “Handling Fee.” If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product, we will cover the return cost.

How soon will I receive my store credit?

Once we have received your return, please allow up to 5-7 business days for your store credit to be issued. Still have questions? Email us at shopsapphirebleu@gmail.com with your full name, order number, return confirmation number and we will get back to you shortly. Please note, our Customer Service team is available Monday- Friday between 10am and 7pm CST. If you send an email outside our regular business hours, please allow 24-48 hours for a response. 

How Much is Shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

How Long Does Shipment Take?

All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1-4 business days or sooner with the exception of overnight orders which ship within 1 business day. At checkout, select the shipment method of your choice.

US Orders:

  1. Standard Shipping (3-7 business days once shipped) -- Free for orders over $100
    2. FedEx Overnight (Business Days Only) Ships the same business day if placed by 12:00 PM CST. Saturday delivery is not available.

I saw an item on your social media page but cannot locate it on your website.

If you see an item on our social media page but do not see it on our website, the item is likely out of stock. We understand how frustrating this can be. It is likely the items may restock or replaced with a similar style. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter in the pop up or on the bottom of each page where you will receive information on restocks, sales, and new arrivals.

How do I track my Order?

Your order will be processed within 3-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Additionally, please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with the shipping carrier.

What is considered a final sale?

All Swimwear, Intimates, Handbags and Accessories are considered final sale. In addition, any and all sale items are also final. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted. Review our refund and exchange policies for a detailed list of unreturnable items.

Why was my order cancelled?

Occasionally, orders are canceled because a customer has provided inconsistent information during the checkout process. If you believe your order was canceled due to such an error, please review the details of the transaction. It's important to note that canceled orders cannot be reinstated. If you would like to proceed with your purchase, a new order must be placed.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order. Please verify that all of your order details, including your shipping and billing information is correct before checking out.
